All pieces are handmade and produced in limited quantities. Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations, irregularities, and differences in colour, texture, or sizing may occur. These are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped from Australia. Please allow 3–7 business days for orders to be packed and shipped.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier delays.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply upon arrival.

Once an order has been shipped, Fuzzi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and limited nature of each piece, we are currently unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final.

Product Care

To preserve the texture and shape of each handmade piece, gentle hand washing in cold water is recommended. Lay flat to dry.
